Supermarket Belongs to the Community

Supermarket belongs to the community. While Chef has the responsibility to keep it running and be stewards of its functionality, what it does and how it works is driven by the community. The chef/supermarket repository will continue to be where development of the Supermarket application takes place. Come be part of shaping the direction of Supermarket by opening issues and pull requests or by joining us on the Chef Mailing List.

    • Debian 8.4
    • Ubuntu 14.04

ATTRIBUTES

See [attributes/default.rb](attributes/default.rb) for defaults.

Note: If you want to install a different version than v4.1.4, just
change the src_url and version attributes.

If the source installation method is being used, the recipe uses the creates attribute
to be idempotent. If a newer version of zeromq does not create lib/libzmq.so
anymore, you can change this attribute.

USAGE

Include the zeromq recipe to install zeromq on your system based on the default installation method:

include_recipe 'zeromq'

Currently the only installation method that is supported is: source
