= DESCRIPTION:
Installs duplicity and sets it up for system-wide backups.
= REQUIREMENTS:
You may need to install additional libraries to enable duplicity to
support the backend you choose. You'll also need to create a
config.sh. The s3 and cloudfiles recipes take care of both of these
requirements for you.
