DESCRIPTION
Installs and configures Recognizer, a Graphite Carbon impostor that
sends metrics to Librato Metrics. Recognizer was created at Sonian,
to evaluate Librato Metrics without having to modify instrumentation.
Recognizer is an executable JAR.
